When do we get none arcade football game?
Well I have played football games for more than 2 degades, and still best ever football game is Sensible Soccer in Amiga. Why?
because its a sport game, its all about your skill that makes difference in result.
Past years i have play Fifa and year by year get more disappointed on how A.I cheats and how poor A.I is tactically.
Well I bought PES 2017 at this year and tought okey now i got sports game in my hands, all i need to do is to have some effort to get patch to get team and player names right.
Well A.I cheats in PES as well and mayby even more than in Fifa. When you play against A.I you suddenly notice that your fastest playes can't match A.I center backs. You notice that player stats means nothing, your players lose they all stamina very fast and it will affect them alot, then if you do little fun like I did. Play little passing game around Zlatan who is lighning fast under A.I, you can see him lose all Stamina but it doesn't effect its pace and doesn't end the tireless running. Then your own goalkeeper can't catch anything, and A.I goalkeeper can catch totaly impossible shots from point blank range.
I think what is good in PES is that A.I teams play bit different, but what is really poor is that your dont get feeling of playing football, your getting feeling of being cheated, and when you get lead it doesn't make you want to keep pushing on, it makes you want to spend the time off the clock and make A.I run after ball. Well if you do that in your own half for lets say 20 mins of game time and then you decide to attack you notice that all your offensive players are exhausted even they have not touch the ball, so there you go.
