Realpolitiks 3 is not designed to accurately simulate existing countries or their cultures. Instead, it is focused on providing a fun gameplay experience, letting you lead a country in a modern setting and rule it however you choose. To keep each playthrough fresh, countries are partially randomized at the start of every campaign. While borders, political systems, and overall power stay the same, the starting stats and policies will be different each time, providing new challenges and opportunities.

To achieve this ultimate goal, you will have to carefully consider a myriad of decisions, starting with the choice of a country you wish to lead. Any contemporary nation is available for your ambitions, from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe and everything in between.

You will also need to select your optimal form of government, build your cabinet of ministers, improve your character’s skills - all while leading your country’s efforts in economic development, research, diplomacy, espionage or war.
