    very enjoyable
    grate game its got 4 stars not 5 as it dosnt support 21:9 screen mode. all in all though its a good game graphics could be better. If you like resident evil you should like this

    What is horror? Horror is this nasty feeling that arises when we are exposed to something disgusting or caught in a threatening situation . Short : Horror is something we want to avoid if possible . Good horror in games or movies plays with our expectations and builds so subtle atmosphere .

    Blood for Blood
    If you await a horror game you will be really disappointed. It's just slaugthering the enemies, everywhere is blood here a jumpscare, there a jumpscare. You will get into many cages and will fight big mobs of enemies and you will run and recharge your gun and will run and recharge your gun and then you die and have to redo everything... the plot is boring it is just dark.
    Of course there are some fans of this and they maybe will have fun, but many people will hate this game because it is very monotonous right from the beginning... But the graphics, well yeah the graphics are great.

    great game
    it's really a great game work very good on steam.
    my first horror game wes resident evil and i was really in fear then
    i never get that feeling again with horror games until now with the evil within
    the story is great and the only thing is that it becomes repeated over a while but which game has that not
    it's a horror game that stands alone if you like that genre buy this game
    even the weapon choice is good
    If only for the experience I give here a high score

    Nice game
    I bought this game to try something new. In the beginning I was surprised and liked the game very much. But as i played the game longer it became more and more predictable. Thou the story is great. But the game play becomes repeated and similar on every level. I hated the guys(zombies or whatever they are) you can't kill and you have to run away and hide at lot of times. Because of that I could not explore the areas as much as I would like to.
    The game has nice graphics and is very well made in that aspect. It is little bit too dark for me taste but I guess a horror game like this is supposed to be dark and scary.
    I can recommend this game to every hardcore gamer out there. At least give it at try and se for yourself the horror and the darkness of this survival and horror game.

    The game plays like a movie. Everytime i play it with my friends ore alone, its an adventure which switches us back to the time when we were kids playing Resident Evil 1. Its completely diffrent but it feels like a time travel to better times when i was a kid AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!

    Great Story !!!
    One of the best titles of the previous generation is now available in all the next-gen.If you have yet to play The Evil Within,, I can fully whole heartily say go buy this game, because you’re in for a memorable time. For fans, this is one you might want to pick up if you want to play the game at its best.
    Shinji Mikami thanks again to revive the horror genre !
